Our client, a top ecommerce and online retail brand, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our growing digital experience team. This is a fulltime opportunity that is onsite five days a week.
You will help shape the end-to-end customer journey across our high-traffic ecommerce website and mobile experiences, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and intuitive user flows.
As part of a collaborative UX/UI team, you’ll work closely with product, marketing, and engineering to translate business goals into elegant, user-centered designs that drive measurable results. This role offers significant growth opportunities as we scale our digital footprint and expand our direct-to-consumer offerings.
Responsibilities
• Design intuitive, responsive interfaces and experiences for web and mobile across our ecommerce and lead-generation funnels.
• Own UX flows from discovery through delivery, including wireframes, user journeys, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and final visual design assets.
• Optimize existing pages and flows to improve conversion rates, lead capture, and overall customer engagement.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and developers to define requirements, validate hypotheses, and ship high-quality experiences.
• Use data (analytics, A/B tests, user feedback) to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Contribute to usability testing and user research efforts; synthesize findings into clear design recommendations.
• Advocate for best-in-class UX practices and accessible, inclusive design.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, preferably in ecommerce or online retail.
• Proven experience designing for highly trafficked websites and/or mobile experiences.
• Demonstrated success working on lead generation flows, including forms, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, from research and ideation to polished UI for web and mobile.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX best practices, responsive design, and fundamental front-end capabilities and constraints.
• Ability to balance business goals with user needs and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Glendale.
Nice to Have
• Experience in DTC retail, subscription, or consumer products.
• Background in A/B testing, CRO, or performance marketing environments.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
