Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or mathematics.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing OpenShift/Kubernetes solutions, both on-premise and on Cloud platforms.
- Over 5 years of IT experience in effectively managing IT infrastructure, encompassing architecture, design, implementation, and day-to-day operations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in RedHat OpenShift Container Platform v4.
- Expertise in Kubernetes.
- Strong skills in RedHat Linux administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Docker or similar container technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud PAAS/IAAS technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code technologies.
Specific Competencies:
- Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with RedHat OpenShift v4 (On-Premise, Cloud) and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS - optional, GKE - optional).
- Proficiency in Day0, Day1, and Day2 operations.
- Expertise in networking (LAN/WAN/Virtual), storage, identity integration, and RBAC.
- Knowledge of security baseline and vulnerability management.
- Experience in secret management and Vault integration.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices.
- Integration experience with Next Generation Firewall and SIEM solutions.
- Knowledge of registry management and understanding of containers.
- Operating system skills in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
- Experience in subscription management, monitoring/alerting, patch management, and configuration management.
- Knowledge of backup management, high availability, and clustering.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to author and edit system documentation.
