Description
We’re seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst with at least three years of hands‑on experience and recent exposure to Epic Security. This role requires current Cadence and Security certifications and offers the opportunity to support both operational excellence and strategic initiatives across our Epic environment.
What You’ll Do
• Configure and maintain User Security Classes, user records, and related security components
• Troubleshoot and resolve break‑fix service tickets with a focus on accuracy and customer service
• Support project work in both CRM and build analyst capacities
• Perform administrative responsibilities, which may include leading meetings, preparing materials, and presenting to governance groups
• Partner closely with operational stakeholders to understand needs, maintain strong relationships, and ensure alignment across teams
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Epic Cadence experience
• Recent experience working with Epic Security
• Epic Cadence and Security certifications (required)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with operational leaders and end users
• A proactive, self‑directed approach—someone who identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and reduce technical debt

This is a flex-hybrid role which will require you to be onsite as required by operational need; there are no reimbursements for travel to "home office" location. Each employee must complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager which will outline arrangement parameters and aids both parties in fully understanding expectations. Arrangements are regularly evaluated, and are subject to termination.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $105,700 - $234,500 annually. The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately below the midpoint.
This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement within the state of California. The selected candidate must reside within the state of California or be willing to relocate.
