About the job EOS Integrator / Operations Lead
Comp: $150k-$180k
Location: Remote within the U.S.
The Role
Were hiring a Zero-to-One Integrator to lead early-stage initiatives from nothing to something. This role is for a former founder who knows how to take vague ideas, create momentum, and push projects into reality. Youll operate with high autonomy, work closely with the founder, and drive execution when things are undefined.
What Youll Do
• Lead new initiatives from concept to first real output
• Turn ambiguous ideas into concrete plans and execution
• Build early systems, processes, or products as needed
• Drive momentum across teams and stakeholders
• Identify blockers and push through them
What Were Looking For
• Former founder or co-founder (required)
• Strong technical or analytical foundation
• Proven experience taking ideas from zero to one
• Clear ownership mindset and high agency
• Confident, direct, and comfortable challenging assumptions
