Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic business and technology roadmaps across domains to improve operational efficiency and provide visionary guidance for business and technology portfolios.
- Drives architectural governance to set standards
- Lead vendor engagement architecture and solution design to provide high-quality, integrated cross-domain business solutions.
- Evaluate state architecture and propose changes.
- Identify solution creation opportunities based on domain and technological trends to drive solution innovation
- Manage cross-functional architectural teams daily, including mentoring, feedback, and performance enhancement.
- Develop digital and customer strategies, operating models, strategic roadmaps, and strong business cases to support the Management agenda for business efficiency and disruption in Company's core pillars.
- Lead Technical Support, Business Support, IT Operations, and Cyber Security teams
- Guide digital transformation teams in domain and technology architecture.
- Use containers and DevOps to build cloud-native apps.
- Assess end-user experience alignment of solutions
- Build and manage Company multi-cloud strategy leveraging cloud partners (Oracle, Azure, AWS, Google) solutioning strategy, well-architecture, cloud change management, and cloud-ready operating models according to Company's digital transformation, security, data driven, automation, and artificial intelligence initiatives and pipel
- End-to-end solution responsibility for multi-tenancy, multi-tiered cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, ERP Platforms, Applications, and integrations.
- Create IT cross-functional teams (Operations, Systems & Solutions, Project Management, etc.) to create optimal architectures that follow the architecture plan.
- Lead technology and business units technically
Direct and advise management on Cloud Resource use best practices and provide insights for annual budgeting with expansion plans and ROI
- Document suggested changes to the requirements and solution to allow impact analysis and amended business case, specifications, budgets, timeframes, and plans to be produced and authorized
- Support and enforce Business Continuity and Backup and Recovery procedures.
• *Requirements**:
Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Information Systems
Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar role
Extensive experience in a multi-cloud environment (Oracle, Azure, AWS, Google) and understanding of each cloud offering and strategies
Previous development experience in multiple disciplines (Oracle, Java,.Net, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, HTML, AJAX, JSON, DDL, SQL, NoSQL, or relevant open source platforms)
Working knowledge of UI/UIX design principles
Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experienced with MS Project and Visio
Fluent in English
