What will your typical day look like?
You will take a lead role in delivering Workday Finance consulting engagements, leading the implementation of key Workday Finance functional areas, while supporting sales pursuits and participating in assigned practice development activities. You will partner with our clients on their Workday journeys throughout the project lifecycle from planning to go-live and beyond. You will facilitate virtual and in-person workshops to gather requirements and feedback. You will configure the system, enable processes, develop recommendations, construct presentations to convey solutions and points of view. You will deploy and support newly live system implementations, transferring knowledge to client counterparts to enable self-sufficiency and guiding our clients throughout their journey as a trusted advisor. You will be part of a team of professionals, leaders and innovators in the Workday ecosystem who are passionate about putting the client first and getting to the right answer.

Whether improving processes in Large Enterprise Workday engagements or rapidly deploying Launch Projects, we are committed to helping Finance leaders improve operations and realize value from their Workday solution.
Responsibilities
• Lead Workday Finance engagements and oversee implementation of functional areas
• Support sales pursuits and practice development activities
• Partner with clients throughout the project lifecycle from planning to go-live
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback
• Configure system, enable processes, and develop recommendations
• Provide knowledge transfer to client counterparts to enable self-sufficiency
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver client-focused solutions
Qualifications
• 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting
• Experience with leading 2+ full life cycle Workday implementations or other ERP systems
• Experience in implementing P2P, O2C, R2R, and related financial processes
• Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Professional Services processes, General Ledger
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Salary: $30.00 to $67.00 hourly
