Blackbird Security is seeking to hire **Suit & Tie Elite Security Guards** in **Montreal, QC **for various high-profile events and high-end retail sites. This is an **On-call / Casual** opportunity that has the potential to lead to full-time employment.
• *What you will do**
- Provide superior customer service our client and site patrons.
- Establish a strong security presence to deter crime and theft
- Document theft and other security violations
- Patrol the premises, provide access control and respond to emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner
- Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
- Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
- Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
- Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required
- A Valid Security License
- A keen interest in asset protection
- Willing to stand/ patrol for the duration of the shift
- Previous security and customer service experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work without close supervision

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
