• Builders: HVAC, Electrical, Fire Services, BMS systems. • Data centre construction, expansion, and revamp projects • Infrastructure upgrade projects Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Building Services Engineer to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of data centre infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of hands-on construction experience, exposure to data centre construction or revamp works, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced technical environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of data centre construction, expansion, and revamp projects. • Support E&M system design, installation, testing, and commissioning, including but not limited to builder’s work, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Services, BMS systems. • Work closely with project manager, senior engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards. • Prepare technical documentation, drawings, method statements, and reports as required. • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. • Participate in system troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions. • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion. • Continuously develop technical knowledge in data centre infrastructure, E&M systems, and related technologies. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance. • Experience in data centre construction, renovation, or infrastructure upgrade projects is highly preferred. • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new technical challenges. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Basic understanding of industry standards and best practices for Building Services and data centre environments (TIA, Uptime, etc.) is an advantage. • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
