Project Managment:- Plan and update deliveries in collaboration with key stakholders- Establish clear communication channels for reporting and updates including timelines, resources, and milestones Stakeholder Management:- Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and senior management to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.- Set expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed about the project's progress. Risk & Issue Management:- Identify potential risks related to the transition of machines, including technical, operational, and vendor-related risks.- Proactively mitigate risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.- Ellaborate contingency plans Vendors Coordination:- Work with the new machine vendor to ensure timely delivery and proper installation.- Monitor the progress of machine replacement and resolve any issues related to the vendor's deliverables. Reporting & Documentation:- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, detailing key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.- Maintain detailed project documentation, including scope changes, timelines, and any modifications. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 5 years of project management / product management experience, including machine or technology replacement projects.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Focus on internal (sales/Relationship Managers) and external clients (Bank Clients)Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
