• *Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud components, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, and Application Security.
- Customize and configure Page Composer, Page Configurator, and BPM workflows to enhance user experience.
- Develop and troubleshoot BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, HCM Extracts, and Personalizations.
- Develop and debug Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Fast Formulas to meet business requirements.
- Configure and manage custom roles, security policies, and user access control within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Ensure smooth data integration across systems and work with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integrations for seamless data flow.
- Provide ongoing technical support and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Customize reports and dashboards within the Oracle Fusion HCM suite.
- Work closely with business leaders (VPs and above) in a multi-cultural environment.
- Identify technology opportunities and deliver them through modern software engineering lifecycle.

- Techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules.
- Data migration using FBDI (File Based Data Import) templates.
- Report development using BI Publisher (RTF, XSL templates), OTBI analysis, and dashboards.
- Integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- Application and SQL performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Oracle REST and SOAP APIs.
- Developing technical design documents based on functional specifications.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Domain expertise in the airport domain is an advantage.
- Expertise in large and critical system product production support and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
