Responsibilities
• Outreach to new union members that need to enroll in the our program
• Help create plans that are custom to each client
• Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform necessary administrative functions
• Enroll clients within our niche market into exclusive programs for our union and association members
• Manage the accounts for the union and association members
• Provide outstanding customer service in response to customer account questions
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.
