Job Responsibilities Coordinate with local Arabic game customer service teams, collect, screen and analyze local Arab players' product suggestions, BUG feedback, complaints, cheating reports and other related issues. Submit the analysis results to the relevant departments of the domestic headquarters and be responsible for the outcomes. Assist the business leader in performing business support work: coordinate with the domestic operation and R&D teams, promote the optimization of local customer service processes, assist in the upgrade of customer service platforms and game risk control, and formulate maintenance plans for Arab players. Assist the business leader in conducting training-related affairs for the local Arabic game customer service team: formulate and implement the overall customer service training plan. Job Requirements Have game-playing experience. Possess excellent communication and comprehension skills. Demonstrate strong execution, induction and summarization capabilities. Graduate from an Arabic language major, with proficient listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English. Be willing to develop a long-term career in Dubai. Have good pressure resistance, work efficiency, a strong sense of responsibility, communication skills and execution ability.
