Position Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing consumer tech company operating at the intersection of data, gaming, and entertainment. As they expand their product offerings and real-time capabilities, they are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to power the next generation of predictive systems. In this role you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to build and deploy data models that inform key product and business decisions and directly contribute to platform integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and optimize pipelines that convert raw events into features for downstream use
• Develop and iterate models for forecasting, segmentation, and operational decision-making
• Implement safeguards and monitoring systems to catch irregular patterns or exposures early
• Create visibility for internal teams through dashboards, reports, and alerts
• Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to embed model-based intelligence across systems
Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years in a Data Science, Machine Learning, or similar technical role
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and BigQuery with experience developing production-ready models
• Strong understanding of time-sensitive or high-frequency data environments
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous or evolving product spaces
• Proven ability to work independently across full project cycles
