Job Overview
Al Hashar Automotive seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across all locations in Oman.
• Supervise and manage the overall security team, ensuring proper deployment, grooming, attendance, and performance of guards.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for entry/exit control, visitor management, vehicle movement, surveillance, and emergency handling.
• Ensure asset, vehicle, and premise protection through monitoring CCTV and alarm systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations, implement security protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure employee, customer, and infrastructure safety.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Security Management or related field.
• 5+ years managing security teams in multi-location operations.
• Valid Oman/GCC driving license.
Key Competencies:
• Team leadership with strong command and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of security surveillance and communication systems.
• Experience handling internal and external security threats.
• Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
