I. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for coordinating and analyzing the company's recruitment needs, developing recruitment plans, and implementing them, primarily targeting operations and blue-collar workers;
2. Conduct recruitment through multiple channels including recruitment websites, social media platforms, and internal referrals;
3. Responsible for resume screening, initial phone/video interviews, arranging follow-up interviews, and tracking the hiring process;
4. Maintain candidate relationships to improve recruitment conversion rates and candidate experience;
5. Responsible for recruitment data statistics and analysis to optimize the recruitment process;
6. Familiar with UAE local laws and regulations, assisting with onboarding, visa processing, and other HR-related tasks.
II. Job Requirements
1. Associate's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
2. At least one year of relevant recruitment experience (must be based in the UAE);
3. Familiar with common recruitment channels and interview techniques in the UAE;
4. Excellent communication, execution, and responsibility skills;
5. Strong ability to work under pressure and adaptable to handling multiple recruitment roles simultaneously.
