We're seeking a dynamic and versatile Driver / Operations Associate to support our delivery and technical teams. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our location. Duties may include but are not limited to: Perform basic machine repairs and technical cleaning at key accounts Conduct stock takes and replenish products at key accounts Deliver products to customers Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, unloading, picking, and loading Provide backup support for delivery, warehouse, and service departments during vacations and absences Perform various tasks, such as housekeeping, packing, and equipment setup Provide assistance to the operations team as needed Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Good customer service skills: ability to provide excellent service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Basic troubleshooting skills: ability to identify and resolve simple technical issues Tool experience: familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment Competencies: Bilingualism (depending on province) Basic computer skills Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) This position starts at $22.00 per hour.
