Key Responsibilities
Gather technical specifications and requirements for assessments by consulting with subject matter experts and assessment designers
Map technical requirements to platform solutions and advise on effective technical learning features
Review course content and assessments for quality assurance and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years of technical experience
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and programming languages such as Python or Java
Prior teaching or instructional design experience, preferably in an academic environment
Intermediate knowledge of IT topics including Cybersecurity and Network Engineering
Experience with Generative AI tools and debugging code
