Master-Works is on the lookout for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients' data is accurate, consistent, and reliable. You will collaborate with various teams to design data quality metrics, monitor data health, and implement strategies to improve data integrity. • *Responsibilities**: - Develop and enforce data quality standards and policies. - Design and implement data quality metrics and KPIs. - Conduct data profiling and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement. - Perform root cause analysis for data quality issues and recommend solutions. - Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to establish data quality requirements. - Monitor data quality across multiple systems and make recommendations for enhancements. - Prepare and present data quality reports to stakeholders and management. - Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in data quality management. • *Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in data quality analysis or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of data quality methodologies, techniques, and best practices. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools. - Familiarity with data profiling and cleansing tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend). - Understanding of data governance and data management practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively with large datasets. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
