Job Description: Role: SharePoint and Power platform Architect Location – Houston, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Experience : Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience Role & Responsibilities / Job Description: Primary Skill Set: • Lead the architecture and design of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI, to meet business and technical requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and create technical specifications. • Design scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions that adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. • Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure quality and reliability of Power Platform solutions. • Extensive development experience in Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps) and Power Automate. • Experience working with Dataverse tables, security roles and groups. • Good knowledge about the Power Platform environment and solutions (including solution deployment & CI-CD). • Experience in PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and other reusable components. Hands-on experience in TypeScript and React JS. • Good experience in SharePoint Online (M365). • Hands-on experience in SharePoint out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PnP webparts. • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Power Platform technologies and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Secondary Skill Set: • Experience in integration with 3rd party systems • Installation and configuration of data gateways. • Data Migration experience. • Able to review the business blueprint, design specifications and user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during go-live phases. • Azure Cloud technologies (Functions, Logic Apps, AD). Competency required: Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI)
