Director of Quality Assurance
As our Director of Quality Assurance you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for directing and managing the Target Rock Quality Management System which is implemented through assigned Department Managers and ensure the organization conforms to the required quality standards and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving, with other management personnel, any differences of opinion regarding quality.
Location: East Farmingdale, NY
Salary range: $170,000 - $210,000 plus bonus opportunity

Your Challenge:
• Direct the daily operations of Inspection, Quality Engineering and NDE activities
• Revise and maintain Quality Management System Manual and supporting procedures
• Provide input to proposals and Requests for Quotation
• Be the direct liaison with customer and government Quality Assurance management representatives
• Establish intra and inter departmental training programs
• Assure Quality Data Reports are provided in accordance with customer purchase order requirements
• Assure that product quality levels are maintained
• Assure sub vendors and their procedures meet customer purchase order requirements
• Assure the maintenance of personnel qualifications
• Assure the maintenance of Quality auditing and inspection activities
What you bring:
• Bachelor of Science
• Minimum ten (10) years' experience in Quality Assurance and related disciplines
• Diversified background in mechanical and quality related activities
• Minimum five (5) years management experience in management
• Strong managerial and communications skills
• Must be a US Citizen
• Working knowledge of Defense and ASME Code Specifications
