Key Responsibilities
Redesign and operationalize an AI-native software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Lead AI Engineering Strategy & Execution, defining technical roadmaps and architecture standards
Build and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
Demonstrated success leading application engineering organizations through transformation
Proven experience re-architecting SDLCs and engineering workflows
Deep experience developing and deploying production-grade AI systems
Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI infrastructure
