Join our SI Buildings business as a Digital Solutions Architect and help - us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow. • *Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented** Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings business unit is currently searching for an experienced - Digital Solutions Architect to Lead the adoption and integration of Building X into the country business, driving digital transformation across core operations. - Champion the use of Building X offerings—Automation, Security, Energy Services, and Digital Services—to modernize infrastructure, enhance customer experience, and deliver scalable, future-ready smart building solutions. • *Responsibilities**: - Responsible for digital presales and architecture in collaboration with Portfolio Leads, Sales Teams, and HQ. - Own the solution architecture and delivery of Building X-based digital platforms. - Define and deliver customer-facing products aligned with the Smart Building strategy. - Act as the technical champion for Building X, driving internal and external integration and partner alignment. - Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Building X adoption across country business units. - Identify transformation opportunities in core business processes using Building X capabilities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align Building X offerings with national digitalization goals. - Drive awareness, training, and enablement programs to accelerate Building X usage internally and externally. - Monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize strategies for increased engagement and value realization. - Align customer requirements with Building X’s digital transformation vision and capabilities. - Convert business needs into actionable use cases with clear value propositions for stakeholders. - Lead technical solution design, bid submissions, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives. - Define high-level system requirements, integration interfaces, and user experience platforms. - Present solution architecture and findings to customers for approval and implementation. - Coordinate with internal teams, HQ, and digital partners on portfolio releases and product roadmaps. - Identify and manage partnerships within the Building X ecosystem to enhance solution delivery. - Work with service consultants and designers to refine customer requirements and solution fit. - Share client and partner feedback to improve offerings and ensure best-in-class service delivery. - Conduct detailed reviews of documentation to identify risks and opportunities. - Ensure compliance with digital strategy, market relevance, and competitiveness. - Coordinate closely with MEP/ELV system owners for interface requirements during design stages. - Support business development and sales with technical reviews and solution sourcing. • *Your Qualifications And Skills** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technology field. - Certifications in Solution Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL), AWS/Azure Solution Architect - 10+ years in solution architecture and digital presales. - 8+ years in customer workshops, functional testing, and project delivery. - Strong understanding of IT/OT integration, IoT, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and smart building technologies. - Experience with SDKs, APIs, and protocols like BACnet, MQTT. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments. - Exposure to verticals such as Healthcare, Airports, Real Estate, Education, and Public Sector is a plus. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Organized, adaptable, and proactive with a can-do attitude. - Willing to travel regionally - Proficient in written and spoken both English and Arabic language What else d
