Job Summary As a Digital Assets Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical framework for blockchain integration and digital asset solutions. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing comprehensive architecture that facilitates robust blockchain products and platforms. Your primary duties will include: • Designing and implementing scalable blockchain architectures that promote reusability across the enterprise. • Ensuring that the platform adheres to essential non-functional requirements such as performance, resiliency, observability, maintainability, and security. • Maintaining architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and platform reference models for clarity and governance. • Collaborating across Technology, Digital, Data & AI, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure seamless execution of blockchain projects. • Utilizing a data-driven approach to prioritize developments that yield significant benefits for end users and internal partners; emphasizing continuous measurement and optimization of digital experiences. • Partnering with Technology Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure blockchain integrations align with regulatory standards, security protocols, and enterprise controls. • Evaluating various blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, smart contract frameworks, and interoperability solutions. • Providing architectural guidance and technical oversight throughout the lifecycle of solutions. • Acting as a knowledgeable resource, educating stakeholders on blockchain capabilities, limitations, and architectural best practices. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • 7+ years of experience in a progressive architect role. • Familiarity with Agile Product Development and DevOps principles. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Experience collaborating with Technology Leaders. • Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams. • Knowledge of architecture frameworks and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications • 7+ years in architecture, software engineering, platform, or distributed systems design, including experience in blockchain-based or decentralized applications. • In-depth understanding of blockchain concepts such as smart contracts, consensus models, cryptography, interoperability protocols, and node infrastructure. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in highly regulated sectors (e.g., financial services). • Capacity to engage with engineering teams and leaders on core engineering principles, advocating for modern technology solutions. • History of developing architectural patterns and reference models. • Knowledge of blockchain capabilities, including smart contracts and consensus mechanisms; ability to design and implement secure, efficient blockchain systems; research emerging blockchain solutions and interoperability frameworks; mentor engineering teams in best practices; familiarity with privacy-preserving technologies and governance models; and expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps for blockchain deployment. This role allows for a hybrid/flexible work schedule, requiring in-office attendance for three or more days each week while providing the option to work remotely on the other days.
