Job Title: AWS DevSecOps Tech Lead - Direct hire/Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced AWS DevSecOps Tech Lead to help design, build, and secure our client's cloud infrastructure. This role is hands-on and technical, with an emphasis on doing things the right way while guiding best practices across the team.
What You’ll Do
• Lead DevSecOps efforts across AWS-based platforms
• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes (EKS) environments
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
• Automate workflows using Python and shell scripting
• Embed security best practices into CI/CD pipelines
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for DevOps/engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Deep knowledge of EKS / Kubernetes
• Hands-on Terraform experience in production environments
• Solid Python and shell scripting skills
• A security-first mindset and experience with DevSecOps practices
• Comfortable leading technically and collaborating cross-functionally
