Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to ensure rapid and reliable software deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features, optimize application performance, and improve deployment strategies.
• Ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of the infrastructure and software development lifecycle.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support critical systems and infrastructure.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Extensive experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with microservices architectures and serverless computing.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
• Prior experience working in a globally distributed team.
• Experience with database administration (SQL, NoSQL).
