The project:
PMO implementation for a mixed use development in a suburb of greater Muscat. It will comprise of mainly residential, retail areas and large areas of public realm.
Leads projects to achieve agreed outcomes on time, within budget and quality standards. Provides day‑to‑day leadership, coordinates stakeholders, manages risks and change, and ensures delivery against KPIs while meeting internal fee expectations.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Champion Safety First, applying health and safety expertise, fostering wellbeing, and promoting an inclusive environment.
• Drive client excellence by managing quality systems, project delivery, and milestones from inception to completion.
• Uphold integrity through budget management, risk mitigation, and sustainable business practices.
• Empower teams by leading collaboratively, achieving KPIs, and sharing best practice knowledge.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, robust quality systems, and successful outcomes.
• Provide subject matter expertise, manage consultant teams, and drive innovation by leveraging Mace’s Centres of Excellence and best practice knowledge.
You’ll need to have:
• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
• Proven project management expertise across property or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management acumen.
• Commitment to sustainability, with knowledge of carbon impacts on project delivery.
