Role- Deployment Engineer / Software Engineer
Experience- 5+ Years
Location – Dubai, UAE
• Primary technical skills needed: application development, automation, AI exposure (practical or theory), integration knowledge
• REST API and extensive integration or architectural knowledge highly valued
• Project experience required: client-facing or personal projects using tools
• Open source tools experience
• Agentic apps and agents development on platforms like Google Agent Force preferred but not mandatory
• No-code platform means specific programming languages not required
• Basic coding knowledge in any language (Java, .NET, Python, C++, CSS) sufficient
Candidate Experience Expectations
• Large enterprise customer experience preferred (government enterprises, major clients)
• 4-5 years experience typically required for experienced hires
• Alternative: candidates with UiPath, OutSystems, Workato platform experience acceptable
Essential Soft Skills and Attributes
• Strong communication skills mandatory due to direct client interaction
• Right attitude and adaptability for learning new platform
Additional Preferred Qualifications (Good to have)
• Product development or project management experience as add-on
• Scrum Master/management experience enhances FD capabilities
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, migration) considered good-to-have, not mandatory
• AI/ML project experience preferred but theoretical knowledge acceptable if no hands-on experience
