Role ProfileJob Title Quality AnalystReporting to Quality ManagerBusiness Unit/Function: PDE Department Project ExecutionDirect Reports: Quality Manager Budget/Size Job PurposeThe Quality Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing quality data throughout project phases to identify trends,risks, and improvement opportunities. The role supports decision-making and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.Key AccountabilitiesGather quality data from various sources including inspections, audits, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and testingactivities.Analyze data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Quality Management Systems (QMS) to identifypatterns, deviations, and areas of concern.Translate complex data into meaningful insights to support quality assurance and control efforts.Monitor recurring quality issues and deviations to proactively identify risks.Collaborate with project teams to implement preventive measures and reduce the likelihood of future non-conformitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date quality records in compliance with internal and external standards.Develop and present dashboards, visual reports, and summaries to management and stakeholders.Ensure transparency and traceability of quality performance across projects.Recommend process enhancements based on data analysis and root cause investigations.Contribute to the development and refinement of quality procedures and best practices.Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives by tracking implementation and verifying effectiveness Minimum Qualifications: 1- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management/ Engineering with ISO Certification in QualityMinimum Experience: 5 years of experience and preferred to be in quality High Performance Competencies:Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and reporting.Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts). Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization and analysis tools. Familiarity with QMS software and digital quality platforms
