As a vital member of the Experiences team, you will leverage your analytical expertise to create engaging dashboards, develop insightful reports, and build advanced models that illuminate trends at Netflix House locations regarding visitation, attendance, fan behavior, and satisfaction. Your findings will have a direct impact on executive decision-making and processes geared toward enhancing both fan experiences and employee satisfaction. What you will do: • Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visitation, attendance, fan satisfaction, and employee engagement. • Analyze trends in fan behavior, including time spent, arrival and departure patterns, and interactions with various Netflix properties and offerings. • Create a tracking system to continuously assess marketing performance against established revenue and sales targets. • Translate complex data into actionable insights by collaborating with cross-functional teams on operational and financial models. • Optimize operating hours at Netflix House using data-driven insights from analysis. • Build and refine forecasting models that support strategic planning across operations and marketing. • Conduct comprehensive analyses to provide recommendations that enhance products, offerings, and fan experiences. • Support the identification and tracking of KPIs to address critical business questions and inform future initiatives. • Present findings and recommendations clearly and compellingly to stakeholders via visualizations and presentations. • Continuously improve analytics capabilities by staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends. • Foster a mindset of innovation, encouraging new ideas within internal teams and external partners. What we need from you: • A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering) and over 4 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or analytics. • Advanced SQL skills with experience navigating complex data environments. • Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python. • Strong experience using Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Data Studio/Looker Studio) for reporting and visualization. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and a strong ability to communicate data-driven narratives. • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Desirable experience in guest or customer satisfaction analytics and operational forecasting. • Experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality sectors is advantageous. • A strong desire to think creatively and innovate. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary, without bonuses. You decide how to balance your compensation between salary and stock options each year, based on your individual preferences. The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $720,000.
