We are looking for a skilled and versatile Data Integration Specialist – ETL & Modern Data Stack to join our team of consultants. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations within a modern, cloud-based data ecosystem. The ideal candidate is passionate about data engineering, automation, and cloud technologies, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Talend, DBT, and Dagster.
• Engineer data integrations from diverse sources including APIGEE, SAP BTP, MongoDB, and SQL-based systems.
• Manage and enhance data workflows on cloud platforms like Azure and GCP, with Snowflake as the core data warehouse.
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices using Python, Node.js, and Spring Boot to support data operations.
• Implement data quality and observability frameworks using Monte Carlo, Collibra, and related tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, reliable, and timely data.
• Support data visualization and reporting using Power BI and Dataiku.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development.
• Proficiency in Talend, SQL, and Python for data pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with APIGEE, SAP BTP, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture and OData.
• Knowledge of data governance and observability tools (e.g., Monte Carlo, Collibra).
• Strong API testing skills using Postman.
• Experience with Power BI and Dataiku (nice to have).
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Background in enterprise data architecture or digital transformation (nice to have).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
