10+ years, with a strong background in data-related roles
Certifications:
Certifications are a plus but not mandatory, provided the candidate has strong hands-on experience.
Someone who already have exposure to how TD works : frameworks and all will be best (Data engineer + Data Architect)
Data Architecture: Roles and Responsibilities
· Design and implement scalable data architectures to support business needs.
· Define data standards, guidelines, and best practices for data modeling, integration, and management.
· Develop and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) for enterprise systems.
· Oversee data governance, data quality, and data security initiatives.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Evaluate and recommend data management tools, platforms, and technologies.
· Ensure data solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
· Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects.
· Monitor and optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing performance.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and analytics teams.
