Salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or similar roles. • Proficiency in programming languages and tools including Python, T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Azure Data Factory, and Databricks. • Solid background in data integration, ETL development, and constructing data warehouses. • Understanding of data governance standards and security measures, particularly in healthcare environments. • Strong analytical abilities to translate raw data into actionable insights. Responsibilities: • Design, test, and uphold scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. • Collaborate on system architecture and data flow strategy design. • Engage with business units and technical teams to troubleshoot data challenges and support analytics initiatives. • Execute data wrangling tasks like ingestion, transformation, and cleansing to facilitate effective analysis. • Translate intricate business requirements into detailed technical plans and data-driven solutions. • Partake in peer code evaluations and disseminate best practices within the engineering team. • Create and maintain documentation concerning data workflows, architecture, and models. • Develop customized reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders and external partners. • Aid in administering and diagnosing issues within a large volume of data pipelines. • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure data integrity across applications.
