Education and Experience » Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is a must. Experience : 5+ years of experience in data warehousing Technical Expertise : Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica). Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies. Certification in data warehousing or cloud platforms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO : Job Responsibilities : Data Pipeline Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL / ELT pipelines to collect, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Optimize data workflows for scalability and efficiency. Data Architecture : Collaborate with data architects to design and implement scalable data storage solutions such as data lakes, warehouses, and databases. Ensure adherence to best practices in schema design and data modeling. Data Integration : Integrate data from diverse sources, including APIs, databases, and third-party systems. Ensure data is clean, consistent, and reliable through effective validation techniques. Performance Optimization : Monitor and improve the performance of data infrastructure. Debug and resolve data pipeline or infrastructure issues promptly. Collaboration : Partner with data analysts, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions. Provide technical expertise on data-related initiatives and projects. Data Governance : Implement and enforce data security, privacy, and compliance standards.
