Overview
We’re looking for a versatile technical leader to drive business insights and build digital tools for Data Center Operations. This role combines analytics, Power Platform development, data modeling, and secure solution design. You’ll analyze operational performance, create end to end Power Platform solutions, and ensure everything aligns with security and architectural standards. Your work will focus on building scalable tools, automating workflows, and delivering insights that improve efficiency across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Insights & Analytics
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports that support leadership decisions.
• Define and standardize KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Work with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Vendor Management to align insights with business needs.
2. Power Platform Development
• Design and build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate workflows.
• Create automated processes, approvals, and business logic using multi-step flows.
• Develop user-friendly apps that replace manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Build Dataverse tables, relationships, validation rules, and manage solution environments.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, Azure services, and other data sources.
• Develop Power BI data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and secure data pipelines.
3. Data Governance, Security & Compliance
• Manage Power Platform environments and solution architecture in line with governance and cybersecurity requirements.
• Implement Microsoft 365 security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, threat protection).
• Use PowerShell and Graph API to automate configuration, monitoring, and compliance tasks.
• Ensure all solutions follow best practices for scalability, maintainability, and security.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and prototypes.
• Support adoption of tools and dashboards through training and documentation.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Power Platform, operational metrics, and data quality.
• Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven) and Power FX.
• Advanced Power Automate skills (triggers, actions, expressions).
• Power BI expertise: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, RLS/OLS.
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse schemas, APIs, and solution management.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and Azure services.
• Nice-to-have: JavaScript, C#, JSON for advanced customizations.
• PowerShell or Graph API experience for automation and security tasks.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance frameworks.
