We're looking for a dynamic leader with proven expertise in advanced analytics technologies and solutions, as well as the ability to implement comprehensive systems using WhereScape RED or similar tools on Snowflake Data Warehouse. You'll excel in designing data models, creating interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, and utilizing your strong SQL skills across Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Server, and Oracle databases. Key responsibilities: • Advanced Analytics: Develop comprehensive data analysis projects using advanced analytics technologies and solutions to support data-driven decision-making. • Data Architecture: Design and maintain data storage solutions by applying in-depth knowledge of data architecture and data warehousing concepts to ensure system reliability and scalability. • Dimensional Modeling: Implement dimensional data models for analytics and reporting by applying principles of dimensional modeling to support accurate and efficient data querying. • Interactive Reporting: Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders. • SQL Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Oracle databases to enhance data retrieval efficiency. • Project Management: Manage and organize data-related projects using established project management methodologies to meet timelines and objectives. • Programming and Platforms: Implement fully operational data solutions on Snowflake and Azure using WhereScape RED automations and other platform technologies to support enterprise analytics functions. • Team Leadership and Development: Lead analytics teams in the execution of data initiatives by coordinating priorities, mentoring staff, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous skill development. SELECTION REQUIREMENTS To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the time of application: • OPTION I: 9+ years' experience in business analysis, requirements definition and information technology support as it relates to data and analytics. • OPTION II: Associate's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 7+ years' experience in business analysis, requirements definition and information technology support as it relates to data and analytics. • OPTION II: Bachelor's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 5+ years' experience in business analysis, requirements definition and information technology support as it relates to data and analytics. • OPTION IV: Master's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 3+ years' experience in business analysis, requirements definition and information technology support as it relates to data and analytics. • To qualify for Options that require educational credentials, you must attach the required documentation to your application.
