Key responsibilities: • Advanced Analytics: Develop comprehensive data analysis projects using advanced analytics technologies and solutions to support data-driven decision-making. • Data Architecture: Design and maintain data storage solutions by applying in-depth knowledge of data architecture and data warehousing concepts to ensure system reliability and scalability. • Dimensional Modeling: Implement dimensional data models for analytics and reporting by applying principles of dimensional modeling to support accurate and efficient data querying. • Interactive Reporting: Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders. • SQL Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Oracle databases to enhance data retrieval efficiency. • Project Management: Manage and organize data-related projects using established project management methodologies to meet timelines and objectives. • Programming and Platforms: Implement fully operational data solutions on Snowflake and Azure using WhereScape RED automations and other platform technologies to support enterprise analytics functions. • Team Leadership and Development: Lead analytics teams in the execution of data initiatives by coordinating priorities, mentoring staff, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous skill development. SELECTION REQUIREMENTS To qualify, you must meet one of the following options at the time of application: • OPTION I: 9+ years' experience in business analysis, requirements definition and information technology support as it relates to data and analytics. • OPTION II: Associate's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 7+ years' experience in business analysis, requirements definition and information technology support as it relates to data and analytics. • OPTION II: Bachelor's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 5+ years' experience in business analysis, requirements definition and information technology support as it relates to data and analytics. • OPTION IV: Master's degree* in information technology, computer science, management information systems, or related field; -AND- 3+ years' experience in business analysis, requirements definition and information technology support as it relates to data and analytics. • To qualify for Options that require educational credentials, you must attach the required documentation to your application.
