The Data & AI – LLM Operations Engineer will provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise data integrations and system interfaces supporting HR platforms. The role focuses on ensuring the stability, accuracy, and reliability of data flows across multiple internal and external systems, while coordinating closely with stakeholders, system owners, and vendors. This position requires strong hands-on experience in system integration operations, data analysis, interface monitoring, and stakeholder coordination within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities System Integration & Operations Support Manage and monitor daily system integrations between e-HR and interfacing systems to ensure successful end-to-end data flows. Track multiple concurrent integration activities and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), middleware teams, interfacing counterparts, and external suppliers. Manage all incoming and outgoing system interfaces from OSIT/WOG systems, including: External interfaces/ External projects / eServices Provide daily operational support, including batch job monitoring, error identification, and resolution. Monitor interface error logs and ensure timely investigation and resolution of issues. Change, Data & Issue Management Support the development and deployment of Change Requests (CRs) related to interfaces, including: Requirements gathering User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support Perform data profiling and analysis to identify discrepancies and data quality issues using tools such as: Microsoft Office (Excel) SAP programs/queries SQL queries (as provided by Authority) Provide analysis and consultation to OSIT/WOG systems on operational and data-related issues, including recommended resolutions. Coordinate with data owners where man-in-the-loop decisions are required for HR data. Perform manual data uploads and transfers when required by the Authority. Governance, Coordination & Reporting Coordinate and perform secretariat duties for stakeholder and internal meetings. Prepare and generate: Operational reports Management updates Presentation slides for forums and meetings Maintain project resource assignments, track progress, and initiate corrective actions to keep delivery on track. Review, propose, and update project and operational documentation as required. Documentation Scope The role includes maintaining and updating documentation such as: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Authority approval documents (e.g. file upload/download approvals) Data Catalogue and related artefacts Educational Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Required Competencies Good knowledge of Information Technology, particularly SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS environments. Strong understanding of data design and structures in SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS. Proven ability to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions. Proficiency in SQL programming (preferred). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions. Good planning, coordination, and multitasking skills. Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities. A collaborative team player who is responsible and conscientious. Resourceful, independent, proactive, and responsive. Required Working Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology. Experience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred. Experience in operations support, including end-user support, troubleshooting, and testing. Hands-on experience in SQL programming is preferred. Prior experience supporting public sector projects is an advantage. Show more Show less
