Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee data engineering, data science, and ML teams
• Implement scalable data pipelines for real-world healthcare data
• Drive data governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices
• Collaborate with clinical and business leaders to inform product decisions
• Define metrics to measure AI impact and model performance
• Develop and execute data & AI strategy across the product portfolio
Requirements:
• 10 to 15+ years in data/analytics; 5 to 7+ years in leadership
• Hands-on expertise with modern data stack and ML platforms
• Experience in working with healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, wearables)
• Familiarity with international HIPAA, GDPR, and health data standards
• Strong stakeholder management in high-growth settings
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline
• This role will require relocation to UAE, relocation support is provided
