Job Title: Enterprise Data Architect, Lead
This role plays a crucial part in designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration solutions within our organization. The Enterprise Data Architect, Lead collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data pipelines from customers' systems.
• Leads the enterprise application integration strategy and platform architecture.
• Collaborates with customers to design and develop robust integration solutions with heterogeneous systems.
• Develops the IT strategy with regards to best practice for systems and applications integration.
• Defines the high-level integration blueprint architecture that will service the business needs and wider business transformation.
• Is responsible, overall, for the successful delivery of Integration projects.
• Works with Development team to ensure alignment to the Architecture Principles, Architecture Blueprint, Design Principles and Patterns and Technology roadmap.
• Provides new ideas and different approaches to the Chief Technology Officer and enterprise architecture team.
• Facilitates knowledge sharing and provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Drives the recruitment process to build and grow a high-performing data engineering team.
