Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Expert with over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and migrating cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of hybrid deployments, cross-cloud migration, and enterprise cloud adoption strategies this will be apart of Managed service projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions integrating on-premise infrastructure with AWS, Azure, and OCI.
• Lead cloud migration projects (Lift & Shift, Re-Platforming, and Re-Architecting) from legacy environments or between cloud providers.
• Ensure cloud architecture aligns with best practices in performance, security, cost optimization, and compliance.
• Configure and manage IaaS (Compute, Storage, Networking) and PaaS services across all three platforms.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery (DR) solutions, backup policies, and business continuity plans.
• Develop automation scripts using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, or OCI Resource Manager.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources and prepare reports on usage, performance, and cost.
• Collaborate with InfoSec teams to implement multi-layered cloud security controls, IAM policies, WAF, encryption, and compliance with frameworks (e.g., NCA, ISO
• Document all designs, runbooks, and SOPs and maintain updated technical documentation.
• Participate in vendor evaluations, cloud service provider assessments, and product comparisons.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) with proven multi-cloud delivery.
• Deep knowledge in VMware integration with cloud, hybrid architecture, and private-to-public cloud transition.
Hands-on experience in:
o Networking (VPC/VNet, VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute)
o Storage (S3, Blob Storage, OCI Buckets, Block Storage, File Shares)
o Compute (EC2, Azure VM, OCI Compute)
o Identity and Access Management (IAM, Azure AD, OCI IAM)
• Experience with cloud-native security tools like:
o AWS GuardDuty, Azure Defender, OCI Cloud Guard
o WAF, DDoS Protection, Security Zones, Bastion
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Public
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory standards within Saudi Arabia (e.g., NCA cloud controls Class C).
Certifications (Preferred):
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional
• TOGAF, ITIL, or PMP is a plus
