Software Engineer (Open to Fresh Graduates)
Summary
We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, backend services, and user interfaces using Java, JavaScript, and cloud-ready technologies. You will build secure APIs, implement microservices, and contribute to high-quality, production-grade systems. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions. Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Backend Development
• Develop and enhance scalable web applications and backend systems using Java and JavaScript.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot and Node.js.
Frontend & UI Development
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
Database & Storage
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
• Contribute effectively within an Agile team, partnering with DevOps, QA, and Product stakeholders.
• Support DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows, including Docker-based deployments.
Quality & Performance
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and optimize application performance and stability.
Requirements
Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of software development experience (fresh graduates with strong project experience are welcome).
• Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript; hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Node.js, and React.js.
• Proficient in TypeScript; familiar with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Docker, Elasticsearch, and DevOps methodologies.
• Understanding of API development, system design, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
