You'll help define architecture, lead solution design, and ensure each initiative delivers measurable business value. Your work will span roadmaps, business case input, design, delivery oversight, and ongoing optimisation. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic GuidanceShape technology roadmaps that support finance strategy and operational goals across core modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, PPM, EPM, and reporting.Advise stakeholders on best practice and drive adoption of modern financial technology and automation capabilities.Solution Design & ArchitectureDefine and deliver scalable Oracle Cloud Finance solutions that integrate seamlessly with wider systems and enterprise processes.Ensure architecture aligns with governance, regulatory standards, and organisational strategy.Value & ROIIdentify opportunities for process improvement, quantify business benefits, and support financial modelling for investment cases.Ensure each solution delivers tangible value and supports continuous improvement.Stakeholder EngagementWork with global finance teams, IT functions, and process owners to capture requirements and translate them into functional, technical designs.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders throughout the project lifecycle.Technical LeadershipOversee solution build, testing phases, deployment, and hypercare.Drive innovation by staying current with new Oracle Cloud capabilities, AI tooling, and automation frameworks.Project SupportSupport programme delivery with hands-on involvement in planning, risk management, and resource coordination. What You'll BringExperience8+ years designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Finance solutions in complex, global environments.Strong consulting background, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business value.Experience building business cases and delivering measurable ROI.Technical ExpertiseIn-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, reporting).Familiarity with PPM, EPM, and integrations with third-party systems.Understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS delivery, automation frameworks (RPA/AI/ML), and digital assistants.Experience with intelligent automation, analytics, or process mining is highly advantageous.Soft SkillsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work across complex financial ecosystems.Relevant Oracle certifications are a bonus.EducationDegree in Finance, Computer Science, IT, or similar discipline.
