We re seeking a senior-level cybersecurity professional to support mission-critical operational technology systems used to operate and control large-scale power infrastructure.
This role focuses on OT/ICS security architecture, regulatory compliance, and hands-on security engineering for 24x7 control centers and field systems.
You ll serve as a technical authority, advising leadership and leading security efforts on complex infrastructure projects.

Design and guide security architecture for control center and field OT systems
Lead security and compliance efforts for large-scale infrastructure projects
Implement and validate security controls aligned with NERC CIP, NIST RMF, and FISMA
Perform risk assessments, security testing, and event analysis
Advise engineers, operators, and leadership on secure system design
Support audits, remediation efforts, and continuous monitoring programs
< data-start="7427" data-end="7454">What We re Looking For
5 9+ years of experience in OT, ICS, or infrastructure security
Hands-on experience with SCADA, EMS, DMS, or control center environments
Strong working knowledge of NERC CIP standards
Experience applying NIST 800-series publications and RMF
One or more certifications:
CISSP, CISA, or CISM
Ability to balance cybersecurity with operational reliability
