Job Description:
The Cyber Security Analyst will deliver 70% technical and 30% client-facing support, serving as a trusted advisor to clients within a managed security services environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to help desk tickets for Client customers
• Investigate and resolve cybersecurity incidents
• Monitor customer environments for security threats
• Operate and configure security tools including firewalls, SIEM, and XDR
• Collaborate with client security teams to remediate vulnerabilities
• Conduct proactive security assessments and testing
• Stay current on IT security trends and industry standards
• Host knowledge transfer calls and mentor junior team members
• Document incidents, findings, and client-facing communications
Requirements:
• Must-Haves:
• 2–4 years in a SOC or cybersecurity analyst role
• Hands-on experience with Stellar Cyber, CrowdStrike, or SentinelOne
• Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
• Experience supporting 250–300 end users
• Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or healthcare environments
• Comfortable with ServiceNow ticketing system
• Self-motivated and reliable as a technical escalation point
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Splunk, Nessus, or Rapid7 experience
• Experience in threat hunting and vulnerability management
• Familiarity with firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
• Strong understanding of patch management and business impact
• Previous MSP or MSSP experience
