A company is looking for a Customer Solution Architect who will serve as a strategic, customer-facing technical leader.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer organizations and relay feedback to influence product direction
Champion adoption of Teradata solutions and educate customers on emerging trends and capabilities
Lead technical discovery and solution design to advance growth opportunities and ensure alignment with customer success goals
Required Qualifications
Keen interest and understanding of data and analytic solutions, including AI / ML trends
Experience promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in a pre-sales or delivery role
Proficiency with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Knowledge of the competitive landscape and understanding of differentiators
Degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, management information systems, or related discipline, or relevant experience
