Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Address customer order or delivery concerns and provide timely updates.
• Regularly check and count inventory, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and invoices.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
