Check us out on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdQq3caJEB4 The Customer Care Manager will oversee a team of six customer service coordinators responsible for order printing, order allocation, customer inquiries, and shipment pickups. This role is critical to improving efficiency, strengthening communication, and establishing consistent processes within a fastpaced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in leading teams through operational change. Key Responsibilities Include: • Provide daily supervision, support, and coaching to the customer care team. • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Establish clear expectations, workflows, and performance standards. • Ensure timely and accurate printing, allocation, and processing of customer orders. • Monitor order queues, backlogs, and priorities to maintain smooth warehouse flow. • Oversee customer communication regarding order status, delays, and resolutions. • Coordinate and schedule shipment pickups with carriers and internal teams. • Analyze recurring issues and implement preventative solutions. Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or warehouse administration. • 1–3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills. • Proven ability to implement structure and drive process improvements. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, highvolume environment. • Experience with order management systems or WMS is an asset. • Comfortability with technology and Microsoft software.
