ARMED OPERATION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have Minimum of Four Years of Security Supervisory Experience.
• Must have valid California Exposed Firearm Permit
• Must have valid California Guard Card
• Must possess a current and valid Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Security Officer License issued by the State of California.
• As a Manager, you must be able to respond and handle incidents.
• Must be available 24/7.
• Must have Reliable Transportation.
• Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Must have Excellent Working Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must have sales experience

Job Description:
• Creating and making the schedule for California.
• Hire and terminate officers as necessary.
• Write disciplinary action forms, incidents, and other forms.
• Respond to incidents as necessary.
• Take care of vehicle maintenance.
• Attend meetings with clients on a weekly basis.
• Occasional driving to various cities around the state of California.
