We are seeking a dynamic Director of Data and AI Initiatives to lead our organization’s efforts in leveraging data and AI technologies to drive meaningful impact. The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in data management, machine learning algorithms, AI frameworks, and big data tools
• A successful track record in leading impactful data and AI projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams
• Experience in data governance, quality practices, and security
• Expertise in programming and querying languages
