About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on engineering leader to drive the design and development of complex embedded platforms. In this dual-capacity position—part technical leadership, part individual contribution—you’ll architect software, lead a talented embedded team, and ensure seamless integration across hardware, firmware, and system layers.

Responsibilities
• Design and architect robust embedded software systems for high-performance sensor platforms
• Oversee bring-up of embedded SoCs and firmware for advanced sensors
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing embedded engineering team
• Partner cross-functionally with hardware, systems, and software teams to ensure technical alignment
• Manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables while fostering a culture of engineering excellence
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in C and C++, with working knowledge of Python
• Deep experience with Linux-based embedded systems
• Proven expertise in SoC bring-up, low-level software, and real-time systems
• Demonstrated success in technical team leadership and cross-functional project management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
