Corporate Security Officer – Crew Accommodations (UAE National Candidates Only) TALENTMATE – Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Details • Role Level : Mid‑Level • Work Type : Full‑Time • Country : United Arab Emirates • City : Abu Dhabi Responsibilities The Corporate Security Officer plays a critical front‑line role in safeguarding Etihad Airways’ people, facilities, and accommodation environments with a focus on crew accommodation security. Key accountabilities include : • Operational Security Oversight – oversee and coordinate third‑party security guards across multiple Etihad crew accommodation sites, conduct inspections, patrol reviews and compliance checks, and act as the primary point of contact for on‑site guards. • Incident Management & Investigation – respond to security incidents, conduct initial investigations, gather evidence, review CCTV, and provide on‑site support to crew members. • Risk Assessment & Prevention – identify security risks, assess risk levels, take action within delegated authority, and recommend preventive measures. • Stakeholder & Authority Liaison – liaise closely with UAE Police, government authorities, emergency services and relevant agencies and support investigations. • Reporting, Compliance & Continuous Improvement – prepare incident reports and operational updates, monitor guard performance, and recommend improvements. • Shift & Emergency Coverage – work rotational shifts, including morning and approximately 2–3 12‑hour night shifts per month, and respond to emergency call‑outs outside of scheduled shifts. Qualifications • Diploma preferably in aviation security management or related field. • Preferably 3 years experience in airline operations and / or physical security. • In‑depth knowledge of corporate security procedures, information security, access control, CCTV, alarms, rapid response and loss prevention. • Sound awareness of international security environment. • Investigative and analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
